Sumptuous Chicken Thighs like these will titillate your senses!!  You can achieve similar results with a little TLC and preparation.  Who wouldn’t want to sink their teeth into one of these Chicken Thighs?

Used the Marinade Express, which marinades in minutes not hours or days, to marinade some Foster Farms Chicken Thighs using Mr Yoshida’s Marinade & Cooking Sauce and Grill Mate’s Montreal Chicken Seasoning.  Vacuumed the Chicken Thighs to the green zone, closed the valve, and disconnected the vacuum hose.

Set the SPIN cycle for 30 minutes using both paddles.  Vacuum sealed the marinated Chicken Thighs and refrigerated for 5 hours.  ** Note ** – Similar marinading results can be achieved using a Ziploc bag, removing as much air as possible, and refrigerating overnight.

Preheated the MAK 2 Star Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill to 325ºF using Hazelnut Blend BBQ Pellets.  Took 50 minutes for the Chicken Thighs to reach an Internal Temperature of 180ºF.  Rested the Thighs under a foil tent for 15 minutes before serving.
