Yoshida Marinaded Hickory Smoked Chicken Thighs

Marinaded Fresh Foster Farms Chicken Thighs overnight with Mr Yoshida’s Marinade & Cooking Sauce.  I like to use the marinade on Chicken and Pork.  Works really great with Pork Chops and gives you that great Teriyaki flavor.  Let the marinaded chicken thighs drain while preheating the MAK 2 Star Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill to 325ºF using Hickory wood BBQ pellets.

   

Into the 325ºF preheated MAK 2 Star at 5:10 pm with an Internal Temperature (IT) at 52º on Frog Mats to prevent Chicken Thighs from sticking to the grills.  Took only an hour to go from an IT of 52º to 180ºF.  The Teriyaki marinade produces a wonderful golden brown color to the chicken.  Rested the Chicken Thighs under a foil tent for 15 minutes.
