Marinaded fresh Foster Farms Chicken Thighs with Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing for 2 hours. Gotta watch my figure!! Seasoned the Chicken Thighs with Montreal Chicken Seasoning. Preheated the MAK 2 Star Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill to 325ºF using Hickory wood BBQ pellets.
Took an hour and 15 minutes at 325ºF for the Chicken Thighs to reach an Internal Temperature of 180ºF. Rested under a foil tent for 15 minutes before serving.
