If you’re searching for a recipe to use leftover Smoked Turkey or Chicken then search no more! Here is an easy comfort food casserole that I threw together using the leftovers from a Smoked 14 lb Spatchcock Turkey.
Ingredients: Potatoes, Red Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Flour, Butter, Garlic & Seasoning Salt, Granulated Garlic, Black Pepper, Shredded Cheese, Leftover cubed Turkey, and Milk.
In a greased casserole dish layer evenly sliced potatoes, red onions, red bell peppers
Flour, season with garlic & seasoning salts, granulated garlic, black pepper and pats of butter
Layer smoked turkey and shredded cheese
Cover with sliced potatoes, and milk to above the flour layer. Finish with pats of butter and seasonings to taste. Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 1½ hours till potatoes are done. Serve with your favorite side of vegetables or salad.
