Roasted Texas Potato Wedges

Who wouldn’t love potato wedges served as a side with Lemon Pepper Salmon and Corn ?  Not many I would wager!  Roasted Texas Potato Wedges are easier than some people believe.  I often roast potato wedges in the oven or in my propane SRG on the patio.

Cut 3 large potatoes into Texas Wedges.  Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with PAM to keep from sticking.  I like to use foil cause it makes cleanup so easy!!  Place Potato Wedges in a bag, coat with Annie’s Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle a liberal amount of Johnny’s Garlic Spread & Seasoning.  Shake bag until all Texas Potato Wedges are well coated.  Spread the wedges on the cookie sheet and lightly season with Fagundes Seasoning and Pepper to taste.

Preheat oven or MAK 2 Star Wood Pellet Grill to 400ºF.  Bake for 30 minutes and turn Texas Potato Wedges before roasting for another 25-30 minutes.
