Ninja Foodi Meatloaf

We own two Ninja SP101 Foodi 8-in-1 Digital Air Fry Ovens. One for home and one to use in our RV. Working on adapting and developing recipes for use while on the road. Quick and easy recipes are ideal. Used my meatloaf recipe which can be found at the following link. The major difference in this Ninja Foodi recipe is the formation of three meatloaves rather than two in order to compensate for the height restriction of the Ninja Foodi.

Preheated the Ninja Foodi using the Air Roast mode for 6 minutes at 375°F. Air Roasted for approximately 25 minutes until the internal temperature of the meatloaves reached 160°F. Rested the meatloaves loosely under a foil tent for 10 minutes before serving. Served with a side of Cauliflower mash and green beans.
