Baked Salmon with Vegetable Fried Rice

Great way to use up those aging fresh vegetables in your refrigerator is to use them with a generic Fried Rice recipe.  Stir Fried some vegies (Asparagus, Onions, Celery, Red Bell Peppers, and Mushrooms) with cooked rice.   Accompanied the stir fried vegetable rice with a 4 ounce serving of baked Salmon using Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze with Honey & Pineapple.  The Salmon was oven baked at 400ºF for 14 minutes (until it flaked easily with a fork or the internal temperature reached 140ºF)
