Florentine can refer to the cooking style of Florence, Italy, but in modern jargon it has come to mean cuisine that includes spinach as an ingredient. So adding spinach to almost any recipe may qualify it as \"Florentine\" in many quarters. Therefore, here's a simple but elegant sounding and delicious smoked stuffed pork loin recipe. Served a few slices of Smoked Pork Loin Florentine with a side of green salad and an SRG Baked Potato. Seasoned all sides with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Dry Rub Recipes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/dry-rub-recipes\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Jan's Original Dry Rub<\/a>. Wilted some fresh spinach with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">olive oil<\/a> and spread out the spinach on the seasoned butterflied loin. Rolled the roast tightly and secured it with silicone <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Silicone Hot Cooking Bands\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/silicone-hot-cooking-bands\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">cooking bands<\/a>. Wrapped in plastic and refrigerated for 3-5 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Preheated my direct cooking configured pellet grill to 180\u00baF (Smoke) and smoked the stuffed pork loin with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium Perfect Mix\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-perfect-mix\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Perfect Mix<\/a> for 1\u00bd hours. Bumped the pit temp to 350\u00baF until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">internal temperature<\/a> reached 145\u00baF. Rested the pork loin Florentine for 15 minutes before carvings. For planning purposed only: It took about 3 hours from preheating to resting.
