Pork Loin roasts are naturally low in calories and fat and roasting the roast at a high temperature of 400\u00baF works beautifully using an indirect setup in your <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> wood pellet-grill and\/or your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/shop\/rec-tec-wood-pellet-grill-featuring-smart-grill-technologytm\/\" target=\"_blank\">wood pellet smoker-grill<\/a> of choice. I've smoked and roasted pork loin roasts low-and-slow working my way up to 350\u00baF but never outright roasted a loin roast at 400\u00baF until last night's cook. Spice Rub<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Wrap the rubbed roast with plastic and refrigerate overnight<\/li>\n<li>Configure smoker-grill for indirect cooking<\/li>\n<li>Preheat <a class=\"thirstylink\"
