lengths, some chopped ham, Shredded Swiss Cheese (used Mexican style), 10 Ritz Crackers crushed, and 2 cups hot cooked rice.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/SRG\/SRGChickenCordonBleu05162011\/CordonBleu1.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mixed the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Apple Mash\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-apple-mash\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Apple<\/a> Smoked Chicken, Cream Cheese, Asparagus, ham, and some shredded cheese.\u00a0 Topped it off with the rest of the shredded cheese.\u00a0 Did a little shopping today and found that a 2 Qt Souffle dish is just the perfect size for one of these stackable ovens (8\u00bd&#8221; wide x 3\u00be&#8221; tall).<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/SRG\/SRGChickenCordonBleu05162011\/CordonBleu2.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Stacked up 2 ovens in the SRG, with the casserole on top, and turned it on HIGH.\u00a0 Closed the SRG lid and kept the control on HIGH for 10 minutes.\u00a0 I know there&#8217;s no need to pre-heat but after a couple tests I ran earlier today I chose to do this.\u00a0 After 10 minutes on HIGH, I lowered the control to LOW and let it cook for 1 hours.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/SRG\/SRGChickenCordonBleu05162011\/CordonBleu3.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here are the results after an hour on LOW.\u00a0 Topped with Cracker crumbs and back in the SRG for another 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/SRG\/SRGChickenCordonBleu05162011\/CordonBleu4.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Money $Shot$ &#8230; A healthy scoop of <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Apple Mash\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-apple-mash\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Apple<\/a> Smoked Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole on a steaming bed of rice with a side of corn &#8230; Bon App\u00e9tit<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/SRG\/SRGChickenCordonBleu05162011\/CordonBleu6.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I must agree with SWMBO that the fusion of flavors were exquisite and didn&#8217;t need any additional spices but it turned out just a bit dry :-S\u00a0\u00a0 Maybe it was the fact that I used 8 oz of Regular cream cheese instead of the 10 oz of Cooking cream cheese.\u00a0 Can&#8217;t recall ever seeing Cooking cream cheese but then I&#8217;ve never looked for it.\u00a0 I&#8217;m convinced that it wasn&#8217;t dry because of the SRG and the Stackable Ovens.\u00a0 Maybe I add a can of Cream of Chicken soup next time.\u00a0 It can&#8217;t hurt. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Decided to tryout my new Big Easy Stackable Ovens and use up some Apple Smoked Chicken I had in the freezer.\u00a0 Searched around the web and found a simple Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole recipe.\u00a0 Turns out I had most of &hellip;
