but &#8216;Pollo Fresco&#8221; just sounds so much more exotic! \u00a0 Poured in the marinade, Chicken Thighs, connected <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/foodsaver-vacuum-sealer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">vacuum<\/a> hose and put the Pollo Fresco under <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/foodsaver-vacuum-sealer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">vacuum<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MarinadeExpressThighs05142011\/MarinadedThighs3.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tumbled the chicken for 20 minutes.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t tell anyone but I actually read the directions<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MarinadeExpressThighs05142011\/MarinadedThighs4.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Removed marinaded Pollo Fresco and refrigerated them for two hours.\u00a0 After using the Marinade Express I could have just taken them straight to the grill.\u00a0 I&#8217;m very impressed with how easy this tool was to use.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MarinadeExpressThighs05142011\/MarinadedThighs5.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Preheated the\u00a0<a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> General Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill to 320\u00baF with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Apple Mash\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-apple-mash\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Apple<\/a>\u00a0wood BBQ pellets and slapped the Chicken Thighs on until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> reached 180\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MarinadeExpressThighs05142011\/MarinadedThighs6.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Starting to look good and the aroma is wonderful!<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MarinadeExpressThighs05142011\/MarinadedThighs7.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Took an hour and 10 minutes at 320\u00ba to reach an <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> of 180\u00ba.\u00a0 This pile of Pollo Fresco only cost $6.30.\u00a0 You just can&#8217;t beat that these days!!\u00a0 We&#8217;ll be able to graze for a few meals\/snacks.\u00a0 Leftovers will for sure be used to make a little Chicken Salad for lunch tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MarinadeExpressThighs05142011\/MarinadedThighs8.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Money $Shot$ &#8230;
