I would have liked to have used Ham and\/or leftover Ham for this recipe but I refuse to pay the high cost of Ham right now especially when SPAM is still competitively priced.<\/p>\n<p>The Scalloped Potato Recipe I like to use is a time tested recipe from our well used Betty Crocker's Cookbook we received as a wedding present back in 1972.\u00a0 Yup, a mere 42 years underline;\">Ingredients<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Diced SPAM<\/li>\n<li>Red Potatoes<\/li>\n<li>Red Onion - Medium<\/li>\n<li>Flour<\/li>\n<li>Butter<\/li>\n<li>Granulated Garlic<\/li>\n<li>Seasoned & Garlic Salf<\/li>\n<li>Black Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Shredded Cheddar, Monterey, & Parmesan Cheese<\/li>\n<li>Milk<\/li>\n<li>Italian style Panko Crispy Bread crumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pgc-5546-1-1\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-5546-1-1-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"2\" ><div class=\"textwidget\"><h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Directions<\/span>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>In a greased casserole dish layer evenly sliced potatoes & red onions<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle flour and season with garlic, seasoned\/garlic salt, black pepper, & pats of butter<\/li>\n<li>Layer of diced SPAM and shredded cheese<\/li>\n<li>Repeat layers<\/li>\n<li>Cover layers (just above the flour) with milk<\/li>\n<li>Top casserole with pats of butter, thin layer of panko bread crumbs, & Parmesan
