It&#8217;s Smokin&#8217; Pete&#8217;s Meatloaf \u00a0\u00a0 \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 I first discovered this recipe on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bradleysmoker.com\" target=\"_blank\">Bradley Smoker<\/a> Forum and added my own touches.\u00a0 Visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bradleysmoker.com\" target=\"_blank\">Bradley Smoker<\/a> website for great Products, Recipes, Videos, News, Support, and the best Smoking Forum on the Internet.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve owned their Original Smoker since 2007!<\/p>\n<p>Threw together 1\u00bd lbs of ground beef, 1 lb of pork sausage, saut\u00e9ed some onion, green\/red\/yellow peppers, a couple of eggs, healthy amount of chopped garlic, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, and <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Fagundes Seasoning\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/fagundes-seasoning\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Fagundes Seasoning<\/a>.\u00a0 Unfortunately I rarely measure anything so you&#8217;ll just have to wing it.\u00a0 I not only throw tomato sauce in the Meatloaf but as you&#8217;ll see I also coat the top.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/Meatloaf03122011\/meatloaf1.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mixed everything well, you gotta use your hands, formed, and shaped ready to go in a 250\u00baF preheated Bradley Original Smoker (OBS).\u00a0 Note the small cavity on top of the loaf.\u00a0 That&#8217;s where the tomato sauce will be applied.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/Meatloaf03122011\/meatloaf2.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Applied a total of 2 hours and 40 minutes of Oak smoke using Bradley Bisquettes made from Oak Jim Beam Barrels.\u00a0 After an hour I removed the Meatloaf from the OBS and separated it from the pan.\u00a0 At this point the Meatloaf was firm enough to stand on it&#8217;s own.\u00a0 Applied tomato sauce in the cavity, inserted meat probe and back into the OBS till an <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> (IT) of 160\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/Meatloaf03122011\/meatloaf4.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pulled the Meatloaf when IT hit 160\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/Meatloaf03122011\/meatloaf5.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First time smoking a Meatloaf and I was curious to see how Oak smoked tomato sauce would taste.\u00a0 Turns out it&#8217;s great<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/Meatloaf03122011\/meatloaf6.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The money $shot &#8230;
