Poultry Rub.\u00a0 I found this rub at Sam&#8217;s Club a few months ago and have since searched for more every time we go Sam&#8217;s to no avail.\u00a0 Of the 46 reviews on Amazon, 39 gave it 5 stars and 2 gave it 4 stars.\u00a0 Unfortunately it&#8217;s not available on Amazon right now either.\u00a0 When I find it again I&#8217;m going to make sure to buy a couple to have on hand.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Preheated my <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill to Smoke (180\u00ba-200\u00baF) with Pacific Pellet Gourmet <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> BBQ Pellets.\u00a0 Smoked with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> for 1 hour before bumping the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> pit temperature to 350\u00baF and roasted the Chicken until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> of the breast at the thickest part reached 170\u00baF.\u00a0 I like to use a Frogmats to keep the Chicken from sticking to the grill.\u00a0 Rested the Chicken under a foil tent for 15 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAKhalf11202013\/half1_zps544788e5.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAKhalf11202013\/half1_zps544788e5.jpg?resize=250%2C188\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAKhalf11202013\/half2_zpsafb55dc8.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAKhalf11202013\/half2_zpsafb55dc8.jpg?resize=250%2C188\" width=\"250\" height=\"188\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Who says it never rains in California?\u00a0 Here in Northern California we&#8217;ll take all the rain and snow in the Sierras we can get!\u00a0 Fortunately I have a nice covered patio that has been taken over by my <del>toys<\/del> smokers.\u00a0 Great day for a little comfort food &#8230;
