Dice onion, celery, carrots &amp; cabbage.\u00a0 In a large pot, combine all ingredients and spices.\u00a0 Bring to a boil, and add the pork butt.\u00a0 Bring back up to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 to 6 hours.\u00a0 Stirring occasionally.\u00a0 Steam some red potatoes and server &#8230;
