Grilled Asparagus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Seafood\/TPGSalmon03012013\/PTGSalmon9_zps44183d42.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Seafood\/TPGSalmon03012013\/PTGSalmon9_zps44183d42.jpg?resize=512%2C384\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>RVing doesn&#8217;t mean you have to scrimp on your gourmet meals.\u00a0 That&#8217;s why I&#8217;m developing, testing, and perfecting my recipes at home using my Traeger PTG Wood Pellet Grill, Camp Chef\u00a0 2 burner stove, Grill\/Griddle, Flame Top Pizza Stone, Enameled Dutch Oven, and Dutch Oven Dome accessories before hitting the road this Summer.\u00a0 The latest addition to my repertoire is this <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> smoked Teriyaki marinaded Salmon and grilled Asparagus with a side of salad.\u00a0 Practice, practice, practice &#8230;\u00a0 It&#8217;s all good!!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Started by marinading two 8 ounce Costco Atlantic Farmed Salmon portions with Mr Yoshida&#8217;s Traditional Teriyaki for 4 hours in the refrigerator.\u00a0 Drained the marinade, lightly patted the salmon, and allowed the marinaded salmon to dry in the refrigerator uncovered for 2 to 4 hours in order to form pellicles.\u00a0 Preheated the PTG with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> Gourmet BBQ Pellets to 180\u00ba-200\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> smoked the Teriyaki marinaded Salmon for an hour before bumping the temperature to 300\u00baF until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">internal temperature<\/a> of the salmon reached 145\u00baF.\u00a0 Took a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes for reach temperature.\u00a0 The time traditional method to tell when the salmon is done uses a fork &#8211;
