you enjoy Pulled Pork as much as my family does then you need to make some Pulled Beef for a delectable change of pace.\u00a0 Pulled Beef provides a wonderful alternative but is just as versatile as Pulled Pork.\u00a0 Both make excellent meals, sandwiches, and can be used in most Mexican dishes like enchiladas, tacos, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/?p=3503\" target=\"_blank\">Tostadas<\/a>, and any and all recipes calling for shredded beef.\u00a0 Pulled Beef is essentially prepared the same way you would prepare Pulled Pork.\u00a0 So dust off your favorite method and enjoy some wondrous dishes and casseroles.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Not all cuts of Beef lend themselves for pulled beef.\u00a0 You must use a Chuck Roast just like you need to use Pork Butts for pulled pork because of their fat marbling which allows them to be cooked Low-and-Slow.\u00a0 You cannot rush pulled beef.\u00a0 Sure, there are ways to accelerate the cooking process by using foil at a certain stage but in order to be pulled the beef must reach an <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">internal temperature<\/a> of 195-205\u00baF. \u00a0 I prefer to rub a Chuck Roast with Annie&#8217;s Roasted Garlic <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a> and a liberal amount of <a id=\"__autoId1\" title=\"\" href=\" http:\/\/fagundesseasoning.com\/category\/seasoning\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fagundes<\/a> Prime Rib\/Roast Seasoning.\u00a0 Used reusable microwave safe Silicone Hot <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/B000RODBZK\/ftd-20\" target=\"_blank\">Cooking Bands<\/a> to firmly secure the Beef Chuck Roll Roast.\u00a0 Wrapped the roast in plastic and refrigerated overnight.<\/p>\n<p>Preheated the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> General Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill to 250\u00baF using Pacific Pellet <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> Wood Pellets.\u00a0 <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> smoked the Chuck Roast for 2 hours at 250\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">internal temperature<\/a> of the Chuck Roast reached 150\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/MAKChuckRoll01112013\/ChuckRoll4_zps962711fa.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" cooler for 2 hours before serving.\u00a0 Right before serving I saut\u00e9d Asparagus, Onions, and Onions to serve with Scalloped Potatoes.<\/p>\n<p><a
