along the lines of what I expected from a pellet grill.\u00a0 The Lawry&#8217;s Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning Blend had an excellent flavor profile and will be used again!<\/p>\n<p>The PTG holds 5 lbs of pellets.\u00a0 I used about 3 lbs but that included seasoning the grill on high for 45 minutes (reached temps over 500\u00baF) and 2 hours of smoking\/cooking.\u00a0 Not really concerned yet about pellet usage but glad I swapped out the 3 position Traeger controller with the Ortech digital.\u00a0 BUT I&#8217;ve been spoiled by my MAK and I can see that my learning curve on how this unit performs and the &#8216;P&#8217;
