Ample Pork for a delightful dinner and leftovers.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve prepared these roasts often using various spices, seasonings, marinades, temperatures, smoked (<a class=\"thirstylink\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Cherry<\/a> wood BBQ Pellets to 200\u00baF.\u00a0 Allowed the Pork Sirloin Tip Roast to come to room temperature for 30 minutes before <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Cherry<\/a> smoking it for 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile I decided to bake two White Sweet Potatoes in the SRG on High with the lid Open until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> reached 210\u00baF (took an hour and 15 minutes).\u00a0 First time baking these potatoes and was extremely pleased with the results.\u00a0 The baking process really brought forth their sweetness but it was not overpowering.<\/p>\n<p>Roasted a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/?p=3410\" target=\"_blank\">Shrimp Stuffed Portobello Mushroom<\/a> to use as an appetizer but it easily can be the center piece of a scrumptious Entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/BBQ%20Smoke\/Pork\/CherryTipRoast11012012\/PorkTip7.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> reached 155\u00baF.\u00a0 Rested the Pork Sirloin Tip Roast under a foil tent for 20 minutes before serving.\u00a0 Saut\u00e9ed fresh Asparagus, Celery, Red Onion, Red Bell Peppers, and Baby Bella Mushrooms in Annie&#8217;s Roasted Garlic <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">EVOO<\/a> while the roast was resting.<\/p>\n<p><a
