out delicious &#8230; ugly but delicious!\u00a0 Another recipe and variations to perfect and add to my repertoire.<\/p>\n<p>Prepared Ravioli Dough from a generic recipe consisting of flour, eggs, salt, and a touch of water in my stand mixer with a paddle till dough ball was formed and kneaded the dough for 5 minutes with the dough hook.\u00a0 Formed the dough in a ball and wrapped it in plastic for 30 minutes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Parmesan Smoked Chicken Filling<\/span>:\u00a0 <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> Smoked Chicken, Parmesan and Ricotta Cheese, fresh wilted Spinach, and pinches of garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme to taste.<\/p>\n<p><a \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pulse the Chicken filling in the food processor until a fine result is achieved.\u00a0 Sprayed Ravioli Maker with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">EVOO<\/a>, spread dough processed with Pasta Machine, formed ravioli pockets, and filled each pocket with Smoked Chicken filling.<\/p>\n<p><a \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Covered the Ravioli Maker with processed dough and used rolling pin to complete formation of raviolis.\u00a0 Removed excess dough, removed raviolis from ravioli maker, and placed raviolis on floured cookie sheet to dry for 1 hour &#8230;\u00a0 Need to practice making Raviolis but overall turned out fine for my first time.<\/p>\n<p><a
