Cooking Sauce and McCormick Grill Mates <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mccormick-montreal-chicken-seasoning\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Montreal Chicken Seasoning<\/a>.\u00a0 After applying the marinade and seasoning, I threw them in the freezer for future use.\u00a0 Defrosted the breasts in the refrigerator which took 2 days.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I recommend that when you find chicken parts in bulk on sale that you season and\/or marinade them, separate them into meal size portions, <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/foodsaver-vacuum-sealer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">vacuum<\/a> pack and freeze them.\u00a0 By doing a little work up front, you&#8217;ll save yourself a lot of time at the tail end.\u00a0 As the chicken thaws out, the marinade and\/or seasonings with perform their magic.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAKYoshidaBreasts07242012\/Breast1.jpg?resize=512%2C384\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Preheated the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> General Wood Pellet Smoker-Grill to 180\u00baF which is the SMOKE setting using <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> wood BBQ pellets.\u00a0 Smoked the chicken breasts for an hour at 180\u00ba before bumping the temperature to 320\u00baF until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> at the thickest part of the breast reached 172\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAKYoshidaBreasts07242012\/Breast2.jpg?resize=512%2C384\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rested the chicken breasts under a foil tent for 15 minutes.\u00a0 Took a total of 2 hours plus the 15 minute rest.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAKYoshidaBreasts07242012\/Breast3.jpg?resize=512%2C384\" alt=\"\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Money $Shot$ &#8230;
