of Kosher Salt, and \u00bd cup of Sugar.\u00a0 Brined the chicken parts for 2 hours in the fridge.\u00a0 Patted the chicken dry before rubbing\u00a0 Annie\u2019s Roasted Garlic <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">EVOO<\/a> and McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Chicken Rub On\/Under the 325\u00baF with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> wood BBQ pellets.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" the Char-Broil Infrared Smoker, Roaster, Grill (SRG) to HIGH with the Lid OPEN until the spuds reached an <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> (IT) of 210\u00baF.\u00a0 Took 1\u00bd hours to come to temp.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/Fresh%20Brined%20Chicken\/MAKparts3.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A person can&#8217;t have too many tools &#8230;\u00a0 Chicken roasting in the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> while the spuds are baking in the SRG.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" 1\u00bd hours for the Chicken parts to reach the proper IT of 170\u00baF in the breast and 180\u00baF for the legs and thighs.\u00a0 Rested the chicken for 20 minutes under a foil tent before
