Replace the peeled skin and do the same with the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">olive oil<\/a> and seasoning. For those who love to eat the skin like I do, this method helps to make the skin crispy.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat your wood pellet smoker grill to 180\u00baF with cookinpellets.com <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> wood pellets. Smoke the chicken thighs at 180\u00baF for 1\u00bd hours before bumping the pit temperature to 400\u00baF.
