class=\"textwidget\"><p>I normally use cookinpellets.com <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a>, <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Apple Mash\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-apple-mash\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Apple<\/a>, or <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium Perfect Mix\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-perfect-mix\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Premium Perfect Mix<\/a> wood pellets when smokin' St Louis style ribs. The results are scrumptious! So this time I decided to try <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Black Cherry\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-cpbc40lb-100-black-cherry-pellets-cooking-brown\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Black Cherry<\/a> and the results didn't disappoint ...<\/p>\n<p>Began by pulling the membrane on the back of the St Louis ribs. I like to pry a spoon handle under the first rib bone, grab the membrane with a paper towel, and pull it off. A little practice and it'll become second nature to you. Rubbed all sides of the ribs with Roasted Garlic <a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/a> and seasoned them lightly with my <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Dry Rub Recipes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/dry-rub-recipes\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Pork Dry Rub<\/a> (page 169 of my cookbook, <a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"The Wood Pellet Smoker and Grill Cookbook\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/the-wood-pellet-smoker-and-grill-cookbook\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">The Wood Pellet Smoker and Grill Cookbook<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Preheated my <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> to 250\u00baF using CookinPellets.com <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Black Cherry\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-cpbc40lb-100-black-cherry-pellets-cooking-brown\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Black Cherry<\/a> pellets. Smoked the racks of St Louis at 250\u00baF for about 5 hours. At this point, the <a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">internal temperature<\/a> of the ribs should be around 190\u00baF plus. Pulled the ribs and rested them loosely under a foil tent for 10 minutes before serving.<\/p>\n<p>Who knew that Pork and <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Black Cherry\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-cpbc40lb-100-black-cherry-pellets-cooking-brown\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Black Cherry<\/a> would be an unbelievable combination?
