Meatloaf drenched in a succulent Brown Gravy and smothered with Mushrooms and Onions?\u00a0 I think not!!<\/p>\n<p>My Meatloaf ingredients consist of 2 lb 80% Lean Hamburger, Eggs, Bread Crumbs, Crushed Garlic, Pepper, <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Fagundes Seasoning\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/fagundes-seasoning\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Fagundes Seasoning<\/a>, Worcestershire Sauce, Onion Soup Mix, Tomato Sauce, saut\u00e9d Onions and Red Bell Pepper.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/MAKSalisburySteak08182011\/SalisburySteak1.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Preheated the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> General Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a>\u00a0wood BBQ pellets to 250\u00baF.\u00a0 Formed 7 Salisbury Steaks and a large meatball for the Pit Master!\u00a0 Would have used Oak pellets but ran out and you can never go wrong with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/MAKSalisburySteak08182011\/SalisburySteak2.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Waited a \u00bd hour for the Salisbury Steaks to firm up before inserting meat probes.\u00a0 Took 1\u00bd hours at 250F\u00ba to reach an <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> (IT) of 150\u00baF.\u00a0 When making a Meatloaf I take it to an IT of 160\u00baF but the Salisbury Steaks will be going back into the MAK for the finishing touches.\u00a0 Bumped the MAK temperature to 350\u00baF for the next phase.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/MAKSalisburySteak08182011\/SalisburySteak3.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The components consists of <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium 100% Hickory\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-100-hickory\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Hickory<\/a> Smoked Salisbury Steaks, 6-7 cups of Brown Gravy with Saut\u00e9d Mushrooms and Onions.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/MAKSalisburySteak08182011\/SalisburySteak4.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/MAKSalisburySteak08182011\/SalisburySteak6.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\"
