You will save $$ per pound and you'll have the size cuts that best suits your needs. Costco had a whole boneless pork loin on sale and it provided us with 10 custom cut meals. Each meal, for two, was half the price of one entree at a restaurant and for sure turned out better! Fired up my Green Mountain Grill Davey Crockett wood pellet smoker-grill to 200\u00baF using CookinPellets <a class=\"thirstylink\" title=\"Premium Perfect Mix\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-perfect-mix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Premium Perfect Mix<\/a>. I was going to smoke the pork loin for an hour at 200\u00baF and then bump the pit temperature to 350\u00baF until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">internal temperature<\/a> of the roast reached 145\u00baF but instead chose to keep the temp at 200\u00baF ... The results, as you can see, was simply scrumptious melt in your mouth.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Blade End Pork Loin Prep<\/span>:\u00a0 Trim excess fat and silver skin from roast. Rub roast with extra virgin roasted garlic <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">olive oil<\/a>. Season the pork loin roast with my <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Dry Rub Recipes\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/dry-rub-recipes\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Pork Dry Rub<\/a> - (page 169) of my cookbook - <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2yY1OEA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The Wood Pellet Smoker &amp; Grill Cookbook<\/em><\/a>. Wrap roast in plastic and refrigerate overnight.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Instructions<\/span>:\u00a0 Preheat your wood pellet smoker-grill to 200\u00baF using CookinPellets <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Premium Perfect Mix\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/premium-perfect-mix\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Premium Perfect Mix<\/a>. For this cook I used my GMG <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"GMG Davy Crockett Grill\/Smoker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/gmg-2018-green-mountain-grill-davy-crockett-grill-smoker-with-cover-new-design\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Davy Crockett<\/a> pellet smoker-grill. Smoke the pork loin for approximately 2\u00bd hours (depending on the size of the roast) until the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">internal temperature<\/a> reaches 145\u00baF. Rest the roast for 10 minutes loosely under a foil tent before slicing against the grain.<\/p>\n<p>Served the smoked Blade End Pork Loin roast with a low-carb cabbage casserole and half an avocado ...
