More to come at a later date &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAK2Roasters07312011\/2Roasters3.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> General Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill has ample head room for the chickens to stand upright.\u00a0 With 429\/858 square inches of cooking surface you can easily accommodate 4 chicken roasters.<\/p>\n<p>Using <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"CookinPellets Apple Mash\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/cookinpellets-apple-mash\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Apple<\/a> wood BBQ pellets, I preheated the MAK to 325\u00baF.\u00a0 A great tip is to always cook to temperature and not time.\u00a0 For chickens\/turkeys I always insert the probes in the thickest part of the breast and cook to a temperature of 165\u00ba &#8211; 170\u00baF.\u00a0 When the breast reaches that temperature range the legs and thighs should be at 180\u00baF.\u00a0 I like to use an instant read thermometer to verify the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAK2Roasters07312011\/2Roasters2.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Pellet Boss provides for 3 Meat Temperature Probes.\u00a0 You&#8217;ll note the different connector in probe 3 &#8230; More to come at a later date &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAK2Roasters07312011\/2Roasters4.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While the chickens are roasting in the\u00a0MAK I threw on some corn on the cob.\u00a0 The Camp Chef 3 Burner Stove comes in handy when trying to keep the house cool during the dog days of summer!!<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAK2Roasters07312011\/2Roasters5.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pulled the Roasted Chickens when the IT reached 170\u00baF and rested 15 minutes under a foil tent.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Chicken\/MAK2Roasters07312011\/2Roasters6.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Roasted Yardbirds just sitting around waiting for the carving knife! &#8230;
