Roast Seasoning.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/ChuckCrossRibRoast07302011\/ChuckCrossRib2.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>SETPOINT the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> General Wood Pellet Smoker-Grill with Oak\u00a0wood BBQ pellets to SMOKE (180\u00ba) for 2 hours.\u00a0 I prefer using Oak with Beef.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/ChuckCrossRibRoast07302011\/ChuckCrossRib4.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>While the Rib Roast was smoking in the MAK I scrubbed some Potatoes, dried them, rubbed them with some Annie&#8217;s Roasted Garlic <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/roasted-garlic-extra-virgin-olive-oil\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">EVOO<\/a> and dusted them with <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Fagundes Seasoning\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/fagundes-seasoning\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Fagundes Seasoning<\/a>.\u00a0 Nothing beats Baked Potatoes in the Char-Broil The Big Easy Infrared Smoker, Roaster and Grill (SRG).<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/ChuckCrossRibRoast07302011\/ChuckCrossRib5.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A man&#8217;s gotta have his tools &#8230; Using the <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"MAK Grills 2 Star General\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/mak-grills-2-star-general\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">MAK 2 Star<\/a> General Pellet Smoker-Grill for the Rib Roast while the baked potatoes are being cooked in the SRG.\u00a0 Sure keeps the house from heating up during these dog days of summer.\u00a0 Infrared Baked Potatoes are so much tastier than oven baked ones.\u00a0 The Bradley Original Smoker sits in the background waiting for it&#8217;s turn.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/ChuckCrossRibRoast07302011\/ChuckCrossRib6.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>After 2 hours of Oak smoke I bumped the SETPOINT temperature to 230\u00baF until the Rib Roast <a class=\"thirstylink\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Thermapen Mk4 Thermometer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.smokinpetebbq.com\/wordpress\/recommends\/thermapen-mk4-thermometer\/\" data-shortcode=\"true\">Internal Temperature<\/a> reached 145\u00baF.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/ChuckCrossRibRoast07302011\/ChuckCrossRib7.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Let the Chuck Cross Rib Roast rest under a foil tent for 20 minutes before slicing thinly.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/i854.photobucket.com\/albums\/ab105\/papa_peter\/Beef\/ChuckCrossRibRoast07302011\/ChuckCrossRib8.jpg?resize=480%2C360\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Money $Shot$ &#8230;
