Have enjoyed Mr Yoshida’s Marinade & Cooking Sauce with Chicken, and Pork Chops so decided to marinade a 2½ lb Costco Pork Sirloin Tip Roast for 24 hours. Enhanced the marination with a liberal dash of Plowboys BBQ Bovine Bold. Wrapped the Ziplock marinating Pork Sirloin Tip Roast tightly with plastic wrap and rotated the roast every 8 hours.
Preheated the MAK 2 Star Wood Pellet BBQ Smoker-Grill to 350ºF with Hickory wood BBQ pellets. Took approximately 1½ hours to go from an Internal Temperature of 32ºF to 155ºF. A reusable Frog Mat is a great way to keep the roast from sticking to the grill. Rested the Yoshida’s marinated Pork Sirloin Tip Roast under a foil tent for 20 minutes before serving.
The Money $Shot$ … Slices of moist and tender Pork Sirloin Tip Roast served with Mash Potatoes, Brown Gravy, a small Salad, and Avocado … Marinating added a good blend of Teriyaki flavor to the Pork. Pork, like Chicken, is very conducive to marinades and brines.
